Novella unveils plant-cell-based strawberry bioactive at SupplySide West

Biotech start-up Novella Innovative Technology has launched Novella Strawberry, a new nutraceutical ingredient developed from whole strawberry cells using the company’s proprietary AuraCell cultivation platform.
